Method
Measure the movement before treating the horse
Each assessment is based on objective data regarding locomotion and spinal kinematics. These measurements establish a baseline; the manual intervention is performed; and a follow up measurement indicates the change in results.
The same protocol underpins the doctoral research on thoracolumbar range of motion — clinic and laboratory read the same variables.
